1. KYC Policy Overview

Our KYC Policy explains how we verify customers using our services on www.kirgo.com. By using our website or contacting us through the options available on the website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this KYC Policy.

2. The purpose of the KYC Policy

When you create a new player account on our website, we must confirm that you are 18 years or older. To access our services, it is mandatory to verify your identity to comply with gambling regulations as well as legal acts. 

3. Identification of our Customers

3.1. We rely on your cooperation in providing the requested information, explanations, or documents. As part of the sign up process, you’ll fill out an online application with your personal information, including:

  • A valid and unique email address that will be associated with your player account.
  • A strong password that only you can use to access your account.
  • Your country of residence.
  • The currency of your account, which should be relevant to your country of residence.
  • Confirmation that you agree to our Terms and Conditions.
  • Confirmation that you are 18 years of age or older.
 

3.2. The “Sign up" form validates your information and notifies you of any issues when you click the “Sign up” button.

4. Document Verification

To validate your identity, we may ask you to upload proof of identity and address documents in these situations:

  • When you deposit any amount of Funds into your Player Account.
  • When you request to withdraw Funds from your Player Account.

5. Acceptable Document Types

5.1. We accept scanned copies or high-quality photos of the following documents to verify your identity and address:

  • A copy of your national I.D. card, passport, or driving license.
  • A copy of a utility bill (issued within the last 6 months).
  • A copy of a bank statement (issued within the last 6 months).
  • Any other proof document that we may request on a case-by-case basis.

5.2. Please ensure the following when sending documents:

  • Send each document as a separate image.
  • Preferably, capture the image using your phone’s camera. If you scan the document, please save it in .jpeg format.
  • Ensure the picture is focused and all the text is easily readable.
  • Capture the full passport photo page or ID in the shot. Do not crop any parts of the document, and ensure that your hand or fingers do not cover it.
  • Avoid using the flash while capturing the document.

5.3. Your player account can be verified by uploading the necessary documents through your Kirgo Profile on the website or by emailing [email protected].

5.4. If you choose to send the documents via email, ensure they are sent from the email address used to signup your player account at Kirgo and addressed to [email protected].

5.5. Should you fail to provide the necessary documents, information, or data within the specified timeframe in term 4.3. of our Terms of Use, we may end our relationship with you. However, even if you provide the requested information, we will carefully evaluate the potential risks outlined in our AML Policy before deciding to continue or terminate the business relationship.

5.6. Non-Matching Information
If the information on your valid identity and address documents does not match the details you provided during sign-up, we may have to end our business relationship. Each case will be evaluated individually.

5.7. Age and Gambling Restrictions
Should you submit your verification documents, and we discover that you are underage (below the legal gambling or gaming age in their jurisdiction) or restricted from gambling (listed on a register of restricted persons), we will inform you that we cannot continue or proceed with a business relationship. In such cases:

  • Your account will be suspended and closed.
  • All transactions made during this period will be considered invalid, and the corresponding funds deposited by you will be returned to the wallet it originated from.
  • Any bets placed during this period will be voided, including past, current, and pending wagers.
  • Any existing balances in the account will be nullified.

Winnings that were accumulated while you were underage will be forfeited. You may be required to return all withdrawn funds upon demand.

5.8. Register of Terminated Relationships
As part of our commitment to transparency, we maintain a comprehensive record of terminated business relationships, including why the decisions were made.

5.9. Providing Appropriate Documents
You are required to provide the necessary documents for identity verification. Until these documents are provided, your identity cannot be verified in the following cases:

  • You did not provide the required documents to confirm your identity.
  • You did not submit all required documents, or the provided document did not match the data in your online application.
  • You did follow the guidelines outlined in this Policy.

6. Refunds

At Kirgo, we are committed to providing a secure and safe gaming environment for all players who use our website. We take a case-by-case approach to all refund requests in order to maintain ethical standards and promote fairness. Our goal is to ensure that every player has a positive experience on our platform. Our commitment to maintaining a fair and just environment for all users necessitates swift and decisive action in response to fraudulent activity. 

6.1. Eligibility for Refund:
Refunds will only be considered under the following conditions:

6.1.1 No gaming activity should have occurred on your account after the corresponding deposit, which you request as a refund.

6.1.2. A refund request must be submitted within seven (7) days of the original transaction or thirty (30) days if you believe that another person (including a minor) has accessed your account.

6.2. Gaming Activity on the Player Account:
No refund is possible if you’ve made a deposit and engaged in gaming activity on your account. To be eligible to withdraw funds when any activity has taken place on your account, the following conditions must be met:

  • For Slots: You must wager the deposit value at least 1x.
  • For table games and games with a RTP of 97.5% or higher: You must wager the deposit value at least 3x.
  • For any Live Casino games: You must wager the deposit value at least 10x.
  • For Sports or Esports: You must wager the deposit value at odds of -200 (1.5) or greater at least 1x.

6.3. Identity Verification to process a refund:
Prior to processing any refund, we may put the request on hold temporarily until we verify your identity through our KYC procedure. Our aim is to maintain a secure gaming environment, and this is one of the measures we take. To facilitate the identity verification process and receive the refund, you agree to provide all necessary documents as per clause 5.1 of our KYC Policy.

6.4. Refund Request Eligibility period:
Please note that if you wish to request a refund, you must do so within seven (7) days after the funds have been deposited into your account. After this period, any payments will be considered winnings resulting from your use of our services at Kirgo.

6.5. Unauthorized or Fraudulent Transactions:
If you notice any unauthorized transactions or fraudulent use of your Kirgo account, including your crypto wallet, web wallet, or credit/debit cards, please notify us immediately. We handle each case individually, and if we can confirm fraudulent activity, we will initiate a refund promptly.

6.6. Consequences of Fraudulent Transactions:
Fraudulent activity will result in immediate and indefinite blocking or cancellation of associated accounts. Preventative measures may also be taken to prohibit the opening of new accounts. new accounts using the same, similar, or linked details. It is important to ensure that all users understand the gravity of fraudulent activity and the consequences of engaging in such behavior.
