These Terms of Use ("Terms") are the complete agreement between you and Kirgo. By creating an account or using our services, you confirm you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you are not permitted to use the Website.
1.1. Kirgo ("we," "our," "us") is operated by Raining Games N.V., a company registered in Curaçao (registration number 160905) with its registered office at Kaya W.F.G. (Jombi) Mensing, 24, Unit A, Curaçao.
1.2. We operate under license number OGL/2024/2252/1179 issued by the Curaçao Gaming Control Board. This license governs our operations and ensures a regulated gaming environment.
1.3. These Terms of Use, along with our Bonus Terms, Privacy Policy, and other referenced policies, form the complete and binding legal agreement between you and Kirgo.
1.4. WIt is your responsibility to review these Terms on a regular basis. We may update them at any time to comply with legal or operational requirements, and any changes take effect immediately upon being published on the Website.
1.5. The English version of these Terms is the official version. If there are any discrepancies between the English text and any translation, the English version will always prevail.
2.1. To protect the integrity of our platform, we reserve the right to refuse registration, suspend, or close any account at our discretion.
2.2. You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age for gaming in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater. No exceptions. We are legally required to enforce this.
2.3. We may request proof of age at any time to verify compliance with our policies. If you fail to provide satisfactory proof, your account will be suspended.
2.4. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of Kirgo complies with the laws of your country or territory. Accessing our services does not mean it is legal for you to do so.

2.6. Using a VPN, proxy, or any tool to hide your location and bypass these restrictions is strictly prohibited. Doing so may result in the permanent closure of your account and the forfeiture of all funds associated with it.
3.1. To use our services, you must first register a player account ("account", "Kirgo account")
3.2. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration, including your full name, date of birth, and contact details. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date.
3.3. Your email address must be valid and accessible. This is our primary way to send you critical account notifications, such as password resets.
3.4. One account per person. That's the rule. This policy helps us keep things fair and secure. This means:
- One account per person, household, IP address, or device.
- No sharing accounts, even with family members.
- Creating extra accounts is considered "Duplicate Account" abuse.
- It won't improve your odds or change your luck (our RNG and volatility don't play favorites), and it's not permitted.
3.5. If we identify a Duplicate Account, we reserve the right to:
- Void all bonuses and winnings from the Duplicate Account.
- Reclaim any withdrawn funds.
- Permanently close the Duplicate Account and any linked accounts.
3.6. We understand mistakes happen. If you accidentally created a second (or any extras) account, contact Customer Support immediately so we can resolve it.
3.7. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials (username and password) secure. All transactions made using your credentials will be considered valid.
3.8. Kirgo will never ask for your password. If anyone does, it is a scam. We are not liable for any losses resulting from the sharing or mishandling of your login details.
4.1. Account verification, also known as Know Your Customer (KYC), is a mandatory security process. To comply with legal and regulatory requirements, we must verify your identity. We may request documents, including, but not limited to:
- Government-issued ID (Passport, Driver's License).
- Proof of Address (Utility Bill, Bank Statement).
- Proof of Payment Method.
4.2. We may conduct additional Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks as required.
4.3. If we request documents, please respond within 14 days. Failure to do so may result in account suspension and voided winnings.
4.4. You have 30 days (or three attempts) to complete verification after the first request. If verification isn't finalized by then:
- Your account will be closed.
- Any winnings will be forfeited.
- Any remaining deposits will be refunded to the original crypto wallet, if applicable.
4.5. Verification is a standard procedure required to protect you and maintain a secure platform. Our Customer Support team is available to guide you through the process.
5.1. You are responsible for ensuring all personal information in your Kirgo account profile is accurate and kept up to date. Inaccurate information can lead to transaction delays or other restrictions.
5.2. By using our services, you confirm and agree that:
- You are the legal owner of the funds you deposit and withdraw.
- You will not use any third-party or person to fund your account.
- You understand and accept the financial risks of gaming, including the potential loss of funds.
5.3. A strict Fair Play policy is enforced. You are prohibited from engaging in any activity that gives an unfair advantage or disrupts the Kirgo platform. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Using bots, external software, or any automated tools to play or manipulate games.
- Sharing, selling, group play, or transferring your Kirgo account to another person.
- Transferring funds directly between player accounts.
- You've never had an Account closed by Kirgo for breaching any of these Terms.
- You will not engage in fraudulent, collusive, or unlawful activities at Kirgo.
5.4. You are solely responsible for reporting and paying any taxes applicable to your winnings as required by the laws of your jurisdiction. Kirgo does not provide tax advice.
5.5. You are responsible for any funds you choose to wager while a withdrawal request or other dispute is pending. Kirgo is not liable for losses incurred under these circumstances.
6.1. To close your Kirgo account, please contact our Customer Support team directly. You are responsible for all activity on your account until Kirgo confirms that the closure process is complete.
6.2. If you're closing your account due to a gambling problem, we encourage you to explore our responsible gaming tools or speak with our Customer Support team. We're here to offer resources and support tailored to your needs.
6.3. We process closure requests within 24 hours, as long as there are no pending disputes. Any legitimate, withdrawable balance left in your account will be refunded, subject to standard withdrawal policies and checks.
6.4. Once your account is closed, do not sign up for a new one. This will be considered a duplicate account. To play again, you must contact Customer Support to request the reactivation of your original Kirgo account.
6.5. Account reactivation is subject to a thorough review and may require updated verification. Accounts closed due to self-exclusion, fraud, or any serious violation of these Terms cannot be reactivated. This decision is final.
7.1. You can only use payment methods that are legally yours. All deposits must originate from a payment account or crypto wallet registered in your name. The use of third-party or shared wallets is not allowed and may lead to account suspension or termination.
7.2. Each cryptocurrency has a separate wallet in your account. You can hold multiple cryptocurrencies but cannot mix or convert them in your Kirgo account.
7.3. Your Kirgo account operates on a like-for-like crypto wallet system. The cryptocurrency you deposit will be the same currency we use for your withdrawal.
Example:- If you deposit Bitcoin (BTC), it will be placed into your BTC wallet. You need to withdraw BTC.
- If you deposit Solana (SOL), it will be placed into your SOL wallet. You need to withdraw SOL.
7.4. Cryptocurrency transactions are final and cannot be reversed. You are entirely responsible for verifying that all details, including the wallet address and network, are accurate before confirming a deposit. Kirgo is not liable for any funds lost due to user error.
7.5. In some cases, it may be possible to recover funds sent in error, typically for amounts over $1,000 or their equivalent in currency. You should contact Customer Support within 7 days of the transaction to find out if recovery is an option.
7.6. If we successfully recover the funds, we will credit them to your Kirgo account. Please note that some recoveries may require us to return the funds to the original sending address for compliance reasons, which can take up to 60 days.
7.7. We address each deposit issue individually. If any issues come up, we'll reach out directly and work together to find a fair and clear solution.
8.1. Before any withdrawal, your deposit must be wagered to comply with anti-money laundering requirements. The minimum wagering (turnover) is:
- Slots: 1x the deposit amount.
- Table Games or Live Casino: 3x the deposit amount.
- Sports or Esports: 1x the deposit amount with odds of -200 (1.5) or higher.

8.2. Withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours, often in about 60 minutes. Delays may occur due to verification checks, high transaction volumes, or other technical factors.
8.3. You cannot withdraw funds while a deposit is still pending confirmation on the blockchain. You are responsible for any funds you choose to wager during this time. Such wagers are final and will not be refunded.
8.4. You are entirely responsible for providing the correct withdrawal details. Blockchain transactions cannot be reversed, and Kirgo is not liable for any funds sent to an incorrect address due to user error.
8.5. We may delay or cancel any withdrawal flagged for a security review due to suspected fraudulent, collusive, or other prohibited activities. Additional verification required by our game providers for certain wins can also extend processing times.
8.6. If funds are credited to your account by mistake, you are obligated to report the error to us immediately. These funds remain the property of Kirgo, and any winnings resulting from them will be voided.
8.7. For winnings over $150,000 or currency equivalent, we reserve the right to pay the amount in monthly installments of up to $150,000 until the full amount is paid. This policy does not apply to progressive jackpot wins, which are paid in full.
8.8. If you dispute a withdrawal issue, you must provide clear evidence. Kirgo will review all server and transaction logs to verify the claims. Submitting a fraudulent claim will lead to the forfeiting of funds and might also result in the closure of your account.
9.1. The Bonus Terms are a fundamental part of these Terms of Use. By agreeing to the Terms of Use, you also acknowledge and accept the Bonus Terms as binding and applicable.
10.1. Absolute Restrictions

11.6. We welcome all feedback and provide clear channels for players to raise complaints or concerns. However, any attempt to threaten, intimidate, or pressure Kirgo or its staff for a favorable outcome, including defamation on social media, threats of legal action, harassment, or posting material that damages our reputation, will not be tolerated. Abuse, harassment, impersonation, or any disrespectful behavior towards other players or the Kirgo team may result in account restrictions or permanent closure.
12.1. If your account has not had any recorded logins for 12 consecutive months, it will be classified as dormant. Once it becomes dormant, a $5 monthly administrative fee (or its equivalent in the applicable currency) will be deducted from your remaining balance.
12.2. Don't worry, we'll notify you at least 30 days before fees start and give you a grace period to reactivate your account without any charges.
12.3. To prevent your Kirgo account from becoming dormant, you must log in. Logging in will reset the 12-month inactivity counter.
12.4. All bonus funds, free spins, and cashback balances will be voided and removed from an account the moment it becomes dormant. These items are non-refundable and cannot be reinstated.
12.5. If you reactivate your dormant account by logging in, we will refund any dormancy fees that were charged. Your remaining real money balance will be fully available. To arrange a withdrawal from a dormant account without reactivating it, please contact our Customer Support team.
13.1. Kirgo maintains a zero-tolerance policy against all Prohibited Practices. Any attempt to gain an unfair advantage, defraud the platform, or misuse our services will lead to immediate action.
13.2. Prohibited Practices are actions taken to gain an unfair advantage. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Bonus Abuse: Using strategies to unfairly exploit promotions, such as delaying game rounds or using minimal-risk betting patterns to meet playthrough requirements.
- Collusion: Teaming up with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
- Duplicate Accounts: Creating or using more than one account per person.

- System Exploitation: Abusing software bugs, errors, or technical loopholes.

13.3. If we determine that you have engaged in any Prohibited Practice, we reserve the right to take one or more of the following actions:
- Immediately suspend or permanently close your Account.
- Void any transactions and confiscate all associated winnings and bonuses.
- Withhold funds from your Account to cover any damages or losses.
- Report your activity and share your information with law enforcement, regulatory bodies, and other relevant third parties.
13.4. Please cooperate fully with any investigation into Prohibited Practices, including providing any requested information or documents. If you suspect another player of violating these rules, please report it to Customer Support.
13.5. We understand that not every player intentionally breaks rules. If we detect a potential issue, we will contact you directly, clearly explain the problem, and handle each case individually to ensure fairness and reach a resolution. Our decision on such matters will be final and binding, following a thorough review.
14.1. Refunds are issued only under specific conditions and apply exclusively to unused funds. Any funds you have wagered are considered spent and are non-refundable.
14.2. You can request a refund for an unused deposit within 24 hours of the transaction, as long as no gaming activity has taken place with those funds.
- Refunds do not cover any associated bonuses or winnings.
- For cryptocurrency refunds, the final amount is determined using the exchange rate at the time of approval
Example: If you deposit $100 (or the equivalent in another currency) and do not place any bets, you can request a refund of that $100 within 24 hours. Any bonus credited with that deposit will be void.

15.7. You may receive marketing communications based on your preferences. You can opt out anytime via the unsubscribe link in our emails or through your account settings. However, critical notifications, like password resets or transaction updates, will still be sent even if marketing emails are disabled.
15.8. Kirgo keeps records of communications, including emails and chat logs, for quality assurance, training, and auditing purposes.
16.1. Our services are offered on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance and are not liable for any losses resulting from technical failures, system downtime, or other events outside of our direct control.
16.2. You acknowledge and accept the inherent financial risks associated with gambling. By using our services, you agree that Kirgo, its directors, and its employees are not liable for any financial losses you may incur.
16.3. You agree to fully indemnify Kirgo, its executives, directors, employees, and service providers against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including legal fees, arising out of:
- Your breach of these Terms of Use.
- Any claim that your use of the services violated any applicable laws.
- Unauthorized access to your Account.
Example: If a third party gains access to your Kirgo account using your compromised credentials, you are responsible for indemnifying us against any resulting losses.
16.4. Gambling comes with inherent risks, including the possibility of financial loss. By participating, you accept these risks and acknowledge that Kirgo cannot be held liable for any losses you may experience.
16.4. Kirgo is not responsible for the content of any third-party websites linked to our platform, nor for any statements, claims, or promotions made by third parties, including affiliates or influencers. The information on the official Kirgo website and in these Terms always takes precedence. Any reliance on third-party content is at your own risk
16.5. All third-party content is independent of Kirgo and does not reflect our views. For accurate and up-to-date information, refer only to Kirgo's official channels. Kirgo accepts no liability for any loss or damage resulting from reliance on third-party claims.
17.1. If any provision of these Terms is determined by a legal authority to be invalid or unenforceable, that specific provision will be modified to the least extent necessary to make it valid. If modification is not possible, the provision will be removed. All other provisions of these Terms will remain in full force and effect.
Example: If a rule about bonus eligibility conflicts with local law, that rule will be adjusted to comply, while the core principle of fair bonus terms stays the same.
18.1. We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Kirgo account at our sole discretion for violations of these Terms. In cases of suspected fraud or other serious breaches, this action may be taken without prior notice.
18.2. During a suspension, all account activities, including deposits, withdrawals, and wagering, are disabled. If an account is permanently closed, valid, non-fraudulent bets placed before closure will be honored, but bonuses and winnings will be voided.
18.3. If a violation is suspected, we may freeze your Kirgo account funds during the investigation. We will notify you of the suspension and allow a chance to respond, unless the breach is severe.
18.4. If an investigation confirms a breach of these Terms, we reserve the right to confiscate any winnings, bonuses, or deposits. All decisions by Kirgo Management regarding penalties and investigation outcomes are final and binding.
Example: If evidence suggests collusion, Kirgo may suspend accounts, investigate, and take actions like confiscating winnings or closing accounts.
18.5. We recognize not all players intentionally break the rules. If an issue arises, we will contact you directly to explain the situation and address each case individually to ensure fairness and resolution. Our decision will be final and binding after a thorough review.
19.1. All content on the Kirgo website, including text, graphics, logos, software, and trademarks ("Intellectual Property"), is owned by Kirgo or our licensors. Your use of our services does not grant you any ownership rights to our Intellectual Property.
19.2. We provide you with a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our services solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment.
19.3. Any use of our Intellectual Property beyond this limited license is strictly prohibited. You may not:
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify any content from the Kirgo website without our prior written consent.
- Use any automated tools, such as bots or scrapers, to monitor or copy our content.
- Engage in any activity that harms or infringes upon our brand, reputation, or Intellectual Property.
19.4. You are responsible for any damages, costs, or expenses resulting from your unauthorized use of Kirgo's Intellectual Property.
Example: If a player uses the Kirgo logo for unauthorized promotions, we reserve the right to take legal action and recover any resulting damages.
20.1. Kirgo reserves the right to transfer or assign this Agreement, either in whole or in part, to another party at any time. Your rights and obligations under these Terms will not be adversely affected by such a transfer.
20.2. Your Kirgo account and all associated rights are strictly personal and non-transferable. You are prohibited from selling, gifting, trading, or transferring your Kirgo account or any assets within it, including but not limited to:
- Account balances, winnings, promotions, loyalty currency, or deposits.
- Claims, rights, or other valuable assets of any kind.
Any attempt to do so is void and will be considered a breach of these Terms.
21.1. Have a concern? Our Customer Support team is ready to assist you. Follow the steps outlined on the Kirgo website to reach out.
21.2. We aim to resolve your complaint promptly. If the issue isn't resolved at the first level, it will be escalated for further review. Rest assured, we'll keep you informed at every stage.
21.3. Only you, the registered Kirgo account holder, may submit a complaint. All complaints must adhere to the following time limits:
- General Issues: Must be submitted within one (1) year of the issue occurring.
- Transaction Issues: Must be submitted within three (3) months of the transaction date.
Claims submitted outside these periods will not be considered.
22.1. These Terms of Use are governed by and shall be interpreted under the laws of Curaçao.
22.2. By using the Kirgo website, you agree to comply with these Terms and irrevocably consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Curaçao. This jurisdiction applies to any disputes, counterclaims, or claims for compensation arising from or related to these Terms, including issues of interpretation, validity, or enforcement.
