Sports Rules

1.1. Kirgo reserves the right to modify these rules at any time and at its discretion.
1.2. Sport-specific rules take precedence over general rules. Please consult the sport-specific rules before placing bets.
2.1. Bets will stand if the venue is changed, provided the home and away teams remain the same.
2.2. If the opponent changes, or a reserve or underage team is fielded, bets may be voided.
3.1. Unless otherwise stated, match markets do not include overtime.
4.1. Bets will stand if a postponed or abandoned match is completed within 48 hours of the original start time.
4.2. Markets that have already been settled (e.g., first goalscorer) will stand.
5.1. Push Rule for 2-Way Markets: If a winner market with two outcomes results in a draw, and no draw option was offered, the market will be void.
5.2. Odds Changes & Technical Errors: Odds may be updated, or markets suspended at any time. Kirgo reserves the right to void bets if significant errors occur or if technical issues affect betting.
5.3. Total/Handicap Bets: If the result equals the exact total or handicap line, the bet will be void.
5.4. Race to X: If a match ends before the Xth point is reached, the market will be void.
5.5. Half/Quarter/Period Markets: Only results within the specified period (e.g., 1st half, 2nd quarter) count for bet settlement.
5.6. Odd/Even Markets: If the total score is zero, it will be settled as an even number.
6.1. Unverified Outcomes: If the outcome of a market cannot be officially verified, settlement may be delayed or voided if verification is not possible.
6.2.Incorrect Settlements: If a market is settled incorrectly, Kirgo reserves the right to correct it at any time.
6.3.Head-to-Head Markets: If both competitors fail to finish, all bets are void. If both competitors tie, and no draw odds were offered, the market will be void.
6.4.Outright Markets: Outright bets will stand whether the selection participates or not. If an event is canceled, bets will be void. If the event venue changes, bets may also be voided.
6.5. Dead Heat Rule: In the event of a tie, stakes will be divided proportionately based on the number of tied participants.
7.1.Venue Change or Match Abandonment: If a match is moved to a new venue or abandoned and not completed within 48 hours, player bets will be void.
7.2. Non-Participation: If a player does not participate, bets will be void. For soccer, if a player does not start the match, all related bets will be voided.
7.3. Player Markets Include Overtime: Player bets include overtime but exclude penalty shootouts unless stated otherwise.
8.1. Soccer
8.1.1. Regular Time Only: Bets apply to the full 90 minutes unless otherwise stated. Injury time is included, but extra time and penalty shootouts are excluded unless specified.
8.1.2.Next Goalscorer: Own goals do not count. If an unlisted player scores, all listed players’ bets will stand.
8.1.3.Booking Markets: Yellow cards count as 1, and red cards count as 2. Cards shown after the match or to non-players (e.g., substitutes, managers) do not count.
8.1.4.Corner Markets: Only corners taken (not awarded) are considered for settlement.
8.2. Tennis
8.2.1.Retirements/Disqualifications: If a player retires or is disqualified, all undecided markets are void unless settlement has already occurred.
8.2.2.Set & Game Markets: If a match is abandoned, set or game markets will be void unless the outcome has already been determined (e.g., a completed set).
8.2.3.Tie-Breaks: Tie-breaks count as one game for settlement purposes.
8.3. Basketball
8.3.1. Regular Time Only: Bets do not include overtime unless specifically mentioned.
8.3.2. Race to X Points: If a match ends before a team reaches the specified points (e.g., Race to 20), the market will be void.
8.4. American Football
8.4.1. Overtime Included: Total, team total, and certain drive markets (e.g., “Xth Drive Play Type”) include overtime for settlement.
8.4.2.Match Abandonments: If a match is abandoned and not completed within the same NFL week (Thursday–Wednesday), all undecided bets are void.
8.5. Ice Hockey
8.5.1. Regular Time Only: Bets apply to regular time unless otherwise stated. In the event of a penalty shootout, one goal will be added to the winning team’s score for settlement purposes.
8.5.2.Goal Markets: If an unlisted player scores, all bets on listed players will stand. Player goals include regular time and overtime, excluding shootouts.
8.6. Baseball
8.6.1. Scheduled Innings: Bets stand as long as the match goes the scheduled number of innings, except where the result has already been determined (e.g., over markets).
8.6.2.Extra Innings: Extra innings are not considered unless specified in the market.
8.7. MMA (Mixed Martial Arts)
8.7.1. Settlement: All bets are settled based on the official result immediately after the fight.
8.7.2. No Contest/Withdrawals: In the event of a No Contest or withdrawal, all bets are void.
8.7.3.Winning Method: KO/TKO includes referee stoppages, doctor stoppage, or injury-related retirements. Submission includes tap-out or verbal submission.
8.7.4.Round Betting: If a fighter fails to answer the bell for the next round, the opponent will be deemed the winner of the previous round.
8.8. Boxing
8.8.1. Settlement: The official result at the end of the bout will determine bet outcomes.
8.8.2. No Contest/Withdrawals: Bets are void if a fight is declared a No Contest or if a boxer withdraws.
8.8.3. Winning Method: A win by disqualification is considered KO/TKO.
8.8.4. Round Betting: If a boxer does not answer the bell, the opponent is deemed the winner of the previous round.
8.9. Golf
8.9.1. Outright Winner: Bets are settled based on the official result, including any playoffs.
8.9.2.Postponements: Bets are void if a tournament is not completed within 48 hours of the original schedule.
8.9.3.Dead Heat Rule: Applied when two or more players tie for a position.
8.9.4.Round Leader : Dead heat rules apply if multiple players share the lead after a round.
8.10. Volleyball
8.10.1.Settlement : Bets are based on the result at the end of regular time.
8.10.2.Set Markets: Bets on individual sets are valid if the set is completed; otherwise, unsettled set markets are void.
8.10.3.Point Markets: If a set ends before the Xth point is reached, the market is void.
