Version 1.2

1. General Betting Terms

1.1. All bets must be placed through your Kirgo account. Bets placed elsewhere will not be recognized.

1.2. Bets can only be placed using the available funds in your account. Pending withdrawals, uncredited bonuses, or escrow funds cannot be used.

1.3. Minimum and maximum bet amounts vary by sport, event, or market and are at Kirgo’s discretion.

1.4. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be canceled or amended. Ensure all bet details are correct before placing the bet.

1.5. Kirgo reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or void bets at our discretion, particularly in suspected fraud, technical issues, or violations of terms.

1.6. We apply flexible stake limits based on individual betting activity to maintain fairness and manage risk. As a result, different players may have different betting limits for the same markets or events.

2. Betting Markets

2.1. Bets can be placed on various sports, esports, and entertainment events listed on Kirgo.

2.2. Special markets (e.g., player performance or in-game props) may have specific rules in their respective categories.

2.3. All bets are settled based on the official results of the sport or event governing body. Changes to results after the official declaration (e.g., due to disqualification or appeal) do not affect the settlement.

2.4. For live or in-play betting, odds may fluctuate, and your bet is placed at the odds available at confirmation.

3. Bet Settlement

3.1. Bets are settled according to the official results from the event organizer or governing body.

3.2. If an event is canceled or postponed and not resumed within 48 hours, bets will be void unless otherwise specified.

3.3. Kirgo reserves the right to void bets and re-settle them if technical errors or market discrepancies lead to incorrect odds or settlements.

3.4. Incorrect settlements due to human or technical errors will be corrected at any time, and balances will be adjusted accordingly.

4. Canceled Events and Non-Participation

4.1. If an event is canceled or not completed within 48 hours, all bets will be void unless stated otherwise.

4.2. If an event is moved to the opponent’s venue, Kirgo reserves the right to void all bets.

4.3. If a participant does not compete, bets on that individual will be voided, and the stake refunded.

5. Multiple Bets and Accumulators

5.1. Parlays are allowed but may be restricted by market rules, such as combining certain outcomes from the same event.

5.2. If one or more selections in a parlays are voided, the bet will be settled at odds of 1.00 for that selection, with the remaining selections standing.

6. Voiding and Disputes

6.1. Kirgo reserves the right to void any bets if the event’s integrity is compromised (e.g., match-fixing, cheating).

6.2. All disputes must be raised within 30 days of the bet settlement. After this period, Kirgo’s decision will be final.

6.3. Kirgo may involve third-party arbitration or regulators to resolve disputes if necessary.

7. Sports Promotions

7.1. All bonuses, free bets, and promotions are subject to specific terms, including rollover requirements, maximum bets, and withdrawal restrictions.

7.2. Abuse or manipulation of bonuses may void the bonus and any associated winnings.

8. Bet Acceptance and Confirmation

8.1. A bet is only valid when a confirmation message is received. If no confirmation is received, you must ensure the bet was placed.

8.2. Kirgo is not liable for transmission delays or failures. If technical issues affect your ability to place a bet, we reserve the right to void affected bets.

8.3. Bets cannot be accepted after the event’s start time unless the market is explicitly marked as live or in play.

9. Live Betting/In-Play Rules

9.1. Live betting odds fluctuate throughout the event. Kirgo guarantees the odds at the time of bet confirmation, not when the bet is placed.

9.2. Bets placed during live events may have a time delay to ensure fairness.

9.3. If technical errors or delays impact live betting, Kirgo reserves the right to void any affected bets.

9.4. If a live event is suspended or interrupted, bets placed before the stop will remain valid if the event resumes within the stipulated time. Otherwise, the bets will be voided.

10. Cash Out

10.1. Cash Out allows you to settle a bet before an event finishes. Cash Out offers depend on real-time market conditions and are at Kirgo’s discretion.

10.2. Cash Out values are non-negotiable and fluctuate based on current odds, time remaining, and other factors.

10.3. When Cash Out is used, the bet is settled immediately at the offered value.

10.4. Kirgo may suspend or disable Cash Out in the event of technical issues.

11. Bet Builder

11.1. Bet Builder combines multiple selections from a single event. Not all sports or markets may be eligible.

11.2. Selections in Bet Builder must not be related. If the outcome of one selection affects another, the Bet Builder will be void.

11.3. Bet Builder bets cannot be cashed out once the event begins unless otherwise stated.

11.4. If any selection in a Bet Builder is voided, the entire bet will be void unless otherwise specified in the market rules.

12. Dead Heat Rule

12.1. In the event of a tie between participants (e.g., in motorsports or golf), the Dead Heat rule applies. The payout will be proportionate to the number of tied participants.

12.2. The Dead Heat rule applies to all relevant markets unless otherwise specified.

13. Abandoned/Postponed Events

13.1. If an event is abandoned or postponed, bets will remain valid if the event resumes within 48 hours.

13.2. If an event does not resume within the specified period, bets will be void unless the market rules specify otherwise.

13.3. If an event is partially completed before abandonment, already settled markets will stand, and others will be voided.
